I will give 5*, but the hotel staff have some room to improve about English knowledge. Besides that, it was a really good experience. We spent 5nights with a very reasonable price. Breakfast was very good, but maybe next time I would skip the half board, the reason is only that the menu has enough variety to choose and it would not limit us between 16-19. The hotel spa is exceptional, staff speaks English on high level. Kids area of the hotel is well equipped. Room to improve: restaurant staff’s English knowledge and check in experience, maybe it was also because of language berrier.
Nice location, but very bad, unprofessional services. if you want to add something to the room, you can't, I tell you to pay on the spot, because they have rules. There is no outside place for smokers (obviously), but they have an ashtray on some stairs going down to the basement, to the right of the entrance to the location.
to avoid, the only ok place being the spa!
Hotel located very close to the main road therefore view is nice only from one side of the building, rooms are cosy but not large, often with small windows, some of the rooms have only roof windows and some having awful view on the wall and small parking. Good food but hotel is not cheap, personally I would not stay privately, for business meetings I can recommend. Friendly stuff.
The hotel is just beautiful, it's amazingly designed. I felt well looked after. Everything was great from the room, restaurant, garden, beautiful surroundings and staff. Also SPA was awesome.
Great place in a great location, with great service. The spa is awesome, rooms nice, friendly staff, loved it. But I have two or three suggestions to improve.
Firstly would be adding some vegan otions to the menu, we were told there was, but a soup and a salad is not really food. One or two mains is all we need to have an option and not be eating Lidl on the floor of our room.
Second, the gym wasn't really a gym. A little more equipment and a bit more space would be awesome. Maybe the cheap alternative of some calesthetic bars etc in the garden would be enough, but the one weights machine they have was a bit of a let down.
Lastly the room style was a bit overdone for me, it's cool and interesting and unique, but I dono, too many goat heads. But maybe some people are into it.
In short, I loved it, but a few small things to improve to make it a 5.
Very nice hotel, located in a quite area next to the river Visla. The rooms are sufficiently big and very clean. The playground is very convenient for kids. The spa area is also great. I totally recommend and we will certainly come back!

Great place for both couples and families with kids. Friendly staff, cosy rooms and delicious food. SPA on a really good level. We enjoyed dinner in a greenhouse. Perfect idea for the date night. Degustation menu and wine tasting - amazing!
